Commercial Construction – Construction Lead

RFS is seeking a full time Construction Lead in the Waco, TX area, to join our existing team who serve the restaurant renovation and mission critical restoration needs for our multi-location clients.The position requires a diverse set of construction experience – similar to the skills developed by a well-rounded “handy-man”.

Optimum candidates have several years’ experience in repair and restoration in a commercial environment.Specific skills/competence include:tile and grout, equipment removal and installation, drywall, stainless, FRP, wall covering, flooring, millwork, and finish carpentry.Additionally, Leads are called upon to manage their crew, make contact with the client manager on duty, and ensure jobs are accomplished to scope, on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.The majority of our work is completed at night, with the facility left “broom ready” and available for continued operations. This position will require up to 60% overnight travel, and requires a valid driver’s license.
