You will act as both an architect and hands-on change agent: designing future-state workflows while rolling up your sleeves to implement and manage improvements. This role will focus on defining how work should flow, translating operational needs into structured requirements, and ensuring technology enables — rather than complicates — the advisor experience. This is a high-impact role that directly influences advisor productivity, service quality, retention, and overall contact center performance. The right candidate will serve as a trusted thought partner to leadership while driving tangible operational improvements across the entire contact center. We are looking for a full time team member that is ready to serve the Pella, Iowa community and visitors through their work at Ulrich Meat Market. You would become a familiar face of Ulrich Meat Market as a Sales Floor Associate. You would be assisting customers in their meat market shopping, wrapping meats, helping them find the item that fits their needs or ringing up sales in the cash register. You will learn about the variety of products that we make in house, hickory smoked meats, as well as the various items we bring in, cheeses, Dutch treats and other items. You can be active in learning about the meat processing industry and how Ulrich Meat Market is a part of that. Opportunities to help us create new recipes and items would be available, if you'd so choose. This position will be full time, five days a week, which does include alternating Saturdays and all Sundays off, as the store is closed.

JOB DESCRIPTION Multiple openings for first, second, and third shifts, and some weekends. Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines and ancillary equipment. Deburr and inspect parts using basic tools of the trade. Some cross-training in Assembly/Shipping as needed. Read and follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
