Position Available: Daycare Attendant/ Driver

Description: The attendant/ driver position is the face of our company for our clients, and interacts with them directly on a daily basis. Driver’s must be trustworthy and personable with clients, but also able to maintain a schedule to make sure each pet is picked up/ dropped off on time.

Job Duties Include:

- Driving a branded company vehicle to pick-up and drop-off clients’ dogs

- Assist in supervising dogs enrolled in both daycare and boarding

- Assist in all relevant tasks that help daily operation (cleaning, power washing, making phone calls, running errands, organizing, filing paperwork, taking pictures, etc. )

- Misc. tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Must love dogs

- Must be comfortable around all sizes and breeds of dogs

- At least 18 years old

- Excellent communication skills/ customer service/ follow up

- Excellent time-management skills

- Must consent to a criminal background check

- Clean driving record and minimum of 2 years driving experience (You will be driving a large commercial van)

Installation of low slope membrane roofing systems. Job duties include cutting board insulation; fastening or adhering insulation to the roof deck; rolling out and cutting membrane and adhering or fastening to the insulation; installing sheet metal edging; and other miscellaneous work, such as carpentry.

Roofing experience is not required. We will train on the job. Basic construction skills preferred. Such as, use of hand and power tools.

Must have your own transportation to and from the jobsite. Our work is located at various job sites in the Capital District Region of N.Y. (Albany vicinity north to the Lake George Region). No overnight travel is required. Work hours are Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm with some overtime depending on job and schedule.

·        Drive to and from Fullerton to various location in Orange County, San Diego County and LA County.

·         Towing experience, being able to tow dump trailer, park dump trailer in various locations and relocate in a timely manner. Take trailers to dump facilities as needed to empty and then return or relocate as directed.  

·        Driver may need to run a demo crew of 2-6 individuals. Must be detail organized and follow demo scopes specific each location. Must have good follow thru and people skills and check in and out with each property’s supervisor. 

·        Driver also is expected to work hands on if needed breaking down apartment units (including but not limited to cabinets, counter tops, and appliances) or other forms of work as needed at each location. 

·        Driver responsibilities also include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions. Driver is required to fill out a daily log with inspection of each vehicle.

·        Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI

·        Provide general direction and oversight to meet required quality standards while meeting the time restraints provided.

·        Supervise the crews on sight to make sure proper procedure and demolition is followed specific to each site. 

·        Lead and motivate members of the project team to complete all phases of work within the schedule and parameters established.

·        Ability to prioritize priorities and lead others

·        Interpersonal skills with a wide variety of individuals and groups, including clients, subcontractors, individual employees, jobsite teams, and company executives.

·        The ability to stand for extended periods.

·        Good physical stamina.

·        Ability to lift and safely carry up to 75lb.

·        Ability to relocate appliances, refrigerators, dishwasher, washer and dryers into units and to use appropriate safety lifting measures.

• On-Call responsibilities-1 week each month you are required to be on call and respond to after hours/weekend emergency calls
