Jobsite Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-5 crew members
• Understand and communicate goals
• Train crew members on new tasks
• Take responsibility and ownership of each site managed
• Understand and manage time and budget constraints

Requirements

• 2 years construction experience minimum, but the more the better!
• Experience and/or skill in managing and leading people
