The Service Manager supervises field technicians and some office staff.

Prior experience in HVAC/R is NOT required.
Provide support for apprentices.
Review dispatch, billing and other personnel to ensure excellence in our work.
Responsible to supervise and review estimating and billing.
Work directly with customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job or project management and requirements.
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate technicians.
Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
Encourage and inspire technicians to grow and hit their goals.
Ability and willingness to work non-standard schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
