Kaspar Wire Works: Sales Support

Primary Function:  

Supporting the Design Solutions team in their business-to-business sales of manufacturing services and solutions.  

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 

• Provide the best-in-class customer experience 
• Effective time management and organization methods to handle multiple projects at one time
• Work through all stages of the sales funnel
• Maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and limitations
• Demonstrate problem solving skills
• Maintain customer records using automated system
• Handle all administrative duties for the design solutions and sales team
• Aide management team as needed
• All other duties assigned by management

• The ability to interpret technical data from Cad Drawings

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of manufacturing-based selling 
• At least 3 years of sales support or project management experience in high volume sales and manufacturing environment.
• Must possess current and validdriving record with clear history for the past three years 

Physical Requirements: 

• Extended periods of sitting and/or walking (33% - 75% of time)
• Stooping, bending, twisting, leaning (10% - 25% of time)
• Lifting of 40 lbs. occasionally (0% - 33% of time)

Work Environment: 

• Typically, inside a climate-controlled office and is required to occasionally move from office to manufacturing areas and outdoors to perform duties 
• Occasional exposure to manufacturing environment where the use and wear of proper protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses or side shields on glasses and closed toe shoes are mandatory
• Always wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
