Call warm leads and schedule consultations

Consult with clients to personalize their coverage based on their needs and budget

Complete insurance applications and follow up to ensure coverage is placed Service clients for best experience and generate referrals & more sales
Hire and train new reps to help protect more families


Active Life Insurance License (or willing to get license - sponsorship program available)

Strong, reliable internet and phone service
Computer with webcam for video conferences with clients and team meetings

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Positive, growth mindset

Not required, but previous experience in the following has shown to be advantageous: business development, insurance sales, entrepreneurship, outside sales, marketing, recruiting, independent positions, leadership positions, and the like.
