The Holistic Mental Health Clinic is a privately-owned professional therapy practice that specializes in natural treatment for mental health. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality mental health care for our clients.
We are eagerly looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant candidate with customer service, computer skills, an interest in health and wellness, and a love for dogs (she’s hypoallergenic) to join our team!
This position will begin at 15 to 21 hours a week, with potential full-time opportunity in the future as we continue to grow! Flexibility is preferred as schedules are curated with the Office Manager on Fridays for the following week. Typical schedule includes 2-3 days during the week(anywhere from 3-6 hours a day) and must be available to work some Saturdays (3-5 hours).
- Providing support to the therapist(s) on duty
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Scheduling Appointments
- Copying, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ability to complete monthly statement and claim forms
- Answering client inquiries through email, Facebook, Answer Connect, and "walk-ins."
- Answering customer support calls for mobile application
- Basic content creation
- Shooting video for social media (position does not require editing skills, but must have basic knowledge and ability to work with Mobile Phone, GoPro camera and other recording equipment)
- Other various tasks assigned by Office Manager
- Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Interpersonal skills
- Previous receptionist, administrative, and/or customer service experience
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, MailChimp, Email).
- Excellent Communication: Verbal and Written
- Organizational Skills/Attention to Detail
- Outreach Experience
- Basic knowledge of recording equipment, such as phones or cameras.
- Social Media and Marketing skills, preferred
- ·High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associates Degree, preferred
Job Type: Part-time/Hourly: $13.50 per hour
In office position, this position does not offer remote as an option.
