Role and Responsibilities

Works with current and potential clients in regards to quoting, policy changes, answering questions, making payments, claims, and policy renewals

  • Position requires a great degree of attention to detail, needs the ability to prioritize, hit, and manage multiple client deadlines at one time
  • Ability to analyze potential and current client insurance needs
  • The ideal candidate has polished written and verbal communication skills via email, phone calls, or in person client meetings
  • The individual needs to have the ability to work with and build relationships with a small team in an office setting

This position requires some selling and cross selling, need to be licensed at the time of hire or be willing to get licensed within 90 days of hire.

  • Ability to work with and build relationships with insurance underwriters

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma Required

College Degree Preferred

Customer Service Experience (In person, email, phone)

Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to pass a background check, including reference checks
