My name is Ben Doak, I head the Doak Agency of Symmetry Financial Group. At Symmetry Financial, we connect families to life insurance plans that meet their specific needs. We work with a growing network of insurance companies that entrust us with their clients. It is our goal to provide our clients with coverage that enables them to live the life they want to live. Each of our state licensed representatives are independent brokers, and with that freedom we have the resources to provide endless options, the best coverage, and prices that fit every family.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a seasoned salesman to take part in our business. Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, and determined. You should be able to understand and find creative solutions to our client’s problems.
If you’ve had any time in the sales industry, from retail to real estate, you know it’s a lot of work. You also know it has the potential to become the best investment you’ve ever made. At Symmetry we train new hires at all levels of experience, but what we’re really looking for is someone who knows the field and what it takes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Become a product subject matter expert
- Contact qualified leads
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Handle customer inquiries as they arise
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
This is a 100% commission only position, therefore income varies depending on your effort. The conservative average for our first-year agent's salary ranges from 35-60K a year. More experienced salesmen make upwards of 65K a year, with our most senior positions making between 150-235K annually.
