Dollar For - Sep 16, 2026
Remote
Full-time
$165K/yr
Salary
N/A
Dollar For seeks an experienced tech and product leader to guide the next phase of our growth. This role is for a leader, designer, and builder ready to guide our healthcare non-profit to 6x our current capacity by using ethical AI, optimizing our UX, and streamlining internal processes to eliminate $1 billion in medical debt per year by 2028. Most hospitals offer financial assistance programs that discount or forgive bills for patients based on income. Unfortunately, patients don’t always know about these programs or struggle to navigate them. Dollar For makes these charity care programs known, easy, and fair. We help patients check their eligibility for financial assistance, prepare and submit applications, and eliminate medical bills. Our model combines custom-built technology with trained patient advocates (PAs) to secure hospital bill forgiveness. Our services are completely free—no strings attached. Since 2021, Dollar For has scaled from 100 patients served annually to nearly 20,000 patients in 2025 through a technology-enabled, labor-intensive model. Now, Dollar For has received meaningful grant funding to execute an AI-focused technical development plan for scale—while preserving the trust, accuracy, and human oversight that patients and hospitals require and have come to expect from Dollar For. This role will lead the development and integration of key AI tools into our existing tech stack, while also optimizing our existing tools to improve the patient experience and outcomes. In partnership with our current 2-person tech team and consulting partners, you will lead, design, and build systems that meet our scale goal. The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience leading roadmaps in partnership with staff and consultants, while also maintaining a desire to work directly in codebases to develop new features and tools. Experience building internal operational tools, and separately, integrating AI into production environments is a plus. They will have a strong sense of humility and team collaboration and a deep passion for healthcare affordability, economic justice, or systems reform. We seek to build a team of employees who want opportunities to grow and stretch with us over time. We commit to being a place you truly enjoy working with a culture where everyone celebrates the successes, gives and receives supportive feedback, and works together to solve problems and help patients. Responsibilities This is a build-and-lead role with clear priorities in the first year and future opportunities to grow and expand the tech roadmap. 90 Day Priorities Assume ownership of existing AI-powered tools in the Dollar For system and identify opportunities for further automation and improvements, while prioritizing human-in-the-loop review and patient trust. Oversee the launch of an AI-powered chatbot (to be developed by an existing consultant partner). 2027 Priorities Continue building and launching AI-powered and similarly automated tools to reduce manual work for the patient advocate team. This could include chatbots, inbound automated phone lines, etc. Scope, test, and implement document validation to ease patient form completion and application accuracy. Optimize the Dollar For website and forms to increase form completion rates, with careful attention to user experience, trust, and accessibility. Optimize the Dollar For automated patient follow-up experience to improve patient engagement and outcomes. Ongoing Lead regular assessments and planning for the upcoming tech roadmap. Ensure that Dollar For tools and assets securely protect patient data and Dollar For proprietary knowledge. Partner with patient services, data, policy, operations, and communications teams to ensure that Dollar For technology meets organization-wide goals. Develop custom tools as needed to support emerging projects, grants, or contracts. Pay, Perks and Benefits This position is budgeted at $150,000 to $165,000. Flexible scheduling within core business hours and a work-life balance culture. 100% remote work environment with a Dollar For-provided computer. Dollar For provides all salaried staff with a bank of 20 days of paid time off (PTO) per year after the first 90 days of employment. In addition, Dollar For provides 16 paid holidays for all employees, including federal holidays and a weeklong closure in late December. Dollar For pays 100% of employee premiums for a high-quality health insurance plan, including health, vision, and dental coverage. Employees have access to a 401k for retirement savings, plus a 3% employer match. About Dollar For We are committed to an organizational culture in which everyone feels welcomed, included, and valued. We encourage anyone who thinks they would be good at this role to apply. There is no such thing as the perfect candidate and we look forward to learning more about you!

Data Analyst, Internal Audit

GiveDirectly - Sep 16, 2026
Remote
Full-time
Salary
N/A
GiveDirectly has delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty across 15 countries since 2011. We believe cash transfers are one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid, with the research to back it up. Our work has been covered by The Economist, NPR, TED, and The Washington Post. We are one of Time100’s Most Influential Companies of 2026. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We support high ownership and real professional growth. Curious about what it's really like to work here? Read our values and hear from the people who do. If they resonate, this could be a great fit! Location: Remote, with a requirement to overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 3 hours. We can only employ people in certain places at the moment, so it's worth checking our current list of eligible countries to see if yours is included. If you're based elsewhere, it's not an automatic no, but do flag it early with your recruiter. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time. About this role GD moves cash directly into the hands of people living in poverty, often in contexts with limited infrastructure and oversight. Protecting that cash from fraud — whether attempted by external bad actors, field staff, or recipients — is core to our mission and to donor trust. Internal Audit is GD's second line of defense against fraud, and this role sits at the center of it. We're looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw operational, payments, and enrollment data into a clear picture of where fraud risk is emerging across our programs, translate those patterns into recommendations that change how projects are designed, and partner with our Product team to build the tools that help us catch fraud earlier and more reliably. You'll move fluidly between deep analysis, clear storytelling to stakeholders who aren't data specialists, and hands-on collaboration with engineers and product managers. This role sits within Internal Audit but has a dotted reporting line to the Director of Data in order to ensure we meet the organisational technical quality bar and standardise analytical and engineering practises and ways of working across the organisation. Internal Audit owns fraud-risk questions, indicator definitions, investigative analysis, and interpretation, while the central Data team owns shared data infrastructure, production pipelines, governed data models, and platform standards. The analyst bridges the two: contributing domain requirements, validation, and quality assurance, and ensuring this work aligns with organization-wide analytical and engineering practices. You are as comfortable in a spreadsheet or SQL console as you are in a room with country program leads explaining why a trend matters and what to do about it. You default to evidence over instinct, but you know that a good insight is only useful if someone acts on it. What you'll do Analyze fraud risk trends: Mine enrollment, payment, survey, and field-operations data to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging fraud typologies (e.g., duplicate enrollments, collusion, identity fraud, diversion of funds) across GD's programs and geographies. Design and oversee fraud-risk indicators: Build, validate, and maintain recurring monitoring in partnership with central data and operational control owners. Identify data quality issues in data currently collected by Internal Audit, and help design and implement process improvements to resolve them. Embed data-driven thinking into IA design: Identify fraud-related decisions where GiveDirectly should be more data-driven, and incorporate this into Internal Audit process design. Translate findings into action: Package analysis into clear, credible briefs and presentations for country teams, operations leadership, and senior management, with concrete recommendations for reducing fraud risk. Support fraud investigations: Provide data pulls, quantify exposure, and help reconstruct events for specific cases — ensuring analysis is reproducible and audit-ready, with documented queries, data lineage, assumptions, exclusions, and QA checks. Partner with Product and Central Data on fraud-detection tooling: Translate validated risk signals into product requirements, contribute domain expertise and acceptance criteria, and test whether controls operate as intended — while maintaining clear ownership and independence boundaries. Partner with Data Engineering on upstream data quality and pipeline improvements, while owning the downstream analytical layer. Strengthen methodology over time: Back-test risk indicators against investigated cases, monitor precision, coverage, and false-positive rates, and refine based on outcomes and emerging risks. Communicate uncertainty honestly: Distinguish confirmed fraud from suspicious-but-unconfirmed patterns, helping stakeholders make decisions without overstating findings. What you'll bring 4+ years of experience in data analysis, audit, risk, or a related analytical role; experience in internal audit, fraud/forensics, or a nonprofit/development context is a plus but not required. Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in large, sometimes messy operational datasets (Salesforce data, payments data, survey data). Experience using Python for reproducible analysis, automation, record linkage, anomaly investigation, or data-quality testing is strongly preferred. Familiarity with analytical notebooks, version control, and documenting analysis so it can be reviewed and reproduced by others is a plus. Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and/or Python/R for analysis. Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous, exploratory analysis into a clear, defensible narrative for non-technical stakeholders. Experience or strong interest in working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate analytical needs into product requirements. Sound judgment on evidence quality: knowing the difference between a real signal and noise, and communicating that distinction transparently. High integrity and discretion — this role will have visibility into sensitive information about staff, recipients, and active investigations. Alignment with GiveDirectly's values, including prioritizing recipient wellbeing above all else. Compensation At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. Growth Marketing Manager

GO Project - Sep 16, 2026
Hybrid
Full-time
Salary
Kansas City, MO
Growth Marketing Manager GO International | Role Description Reports to: Vice President, GO International | Classification: Full-Time, Exempt | Location: Kansas City Organizational Profile GO International exists to break the Orphan Cycle — a recurring pattern where poverty, abuse, and lack of resources fracture families, pushing vulnerable children into orphanages, exploitative systems, and trafficking. Rather than treating the symptoms of poverty, we address its root causes through two complementary vehicles: GOEX Apparel, a fair-trade custom apparel social enterprise that creates dignified economic opportunity in vulnerable communities, and the Strong Family Program, a scalable family strengthening initiative delivered through local partner churches and organizations worldwide. Together, they form an upstream strategy, one that invests in the economic and relational infrastructure families need to stay together, grow stronger, and change the trajectory of their communities. The Context While "flourishing" is often defined in academic or theoretical terms, we sought to understand it directly from the families we serve. Their answer was simple yet profound: "helping someone even when I don't feel at my best." This insight reshaped our entire strategy. We developed a framework centered on Bursts of Flourishing - moments when families, even in their struggles, learn to care for one another and extend that care outward into their communities. These small, intentional acts of love and resilience create ripple effects that lead to long-term transformation. GOEX extends this same philosophy into the marketplace. Every apparel order placed through GOEX is a direct investment in communities where dignified work is itself a form of family protection, reducing the economic pressures that so often drive family breakdown in the first place. Strategy and compassion are not in tension here. They are the same thing. Our Impact The results have been more powerful than we ever imagined. Families not only find healing within themselves but begin to change the trajectory of their communities. Children remain where they belong: safe, loved, and within family. And as GOEX grows, so does the economic foundation that makes that stability possible in some of the world's most vulnerable places. GO International is not responding to a crisis. We are preventing one through dignified work, restored families, and communities learning to flourish from the inside out. The opportunity in front of us is generational, and we are building the team to match it. What This Role Is and Is Not This is not a brand awareness role. It is not a content calendar role. It is not an impressions role. This is a role for someone who wakes up thinking about pipeline. Who measures success in apparel leads, donor sign-ups, and partner inquiries and who knows exactly which campaign, message, and channel drove each one. If you prefer "growing audience" over "generating revenue," this is probably not the right fit. If you've built digital programs that produced measurable business results, preferably inside an organization, not at an agency, and you want to do it for a mission that matters, keep reading! About the Role This is a builder role. There is no fully-formed digital machine to step into. You will design the strategy, help configure the tools, help set the KPIs, and execute. The Growth Marketing Manager is GO International's in-house architect for digital revenue and donor acquisition. This person will develop and execute integrated digital strategies across web, social, paid advertising, email, and other online platforms with a single purpose: converting audience into action across two distinct but complementary revenue streams. You will own, understand and optimize the entire customer lifecycle or AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) for both GOEX Apparel (commercial) and the Strong Family Program (nonprofit). You will work closely with the Creative Director, Technology/IT, and Data teams, and you will manage campaigns end-to-end using CRM data to drive decisions. You will report into the Integrator and sit on the Marketing/Advancement team. What You Will Be Accountable For Your performance will be measured weekly against four primary metrics on the organizational scorecard: METRIC | WHAT IT MEASURES | STREAM Apparel leads generated | Qualified inquiries from digital channels into GOEX sales pipeline | GOEX Revenue Strong Family partner leads generated | Orgs / churches expressing interest in implementing the STRONG FAMILY Program | STRONG FAMILY Growth Monthly donors signed up | New recurring donors activated through digital giving funnels | Advancement Major donor leads generated | High-capacity prospects identified and moved to active cultivation pipeline | Advancement These are not aspirational metrics. They are the numbers your leadership team will review every week. You will own them, report them, and be expected to diagnose and course-correct when they are off track. Team & ResourcesYou will not be building in a vacuum. You will have: A Creative Director who owns brand, design, and visual execution freeing you to focus on strategy, copy, and channel performance Technology / IT support for tracking implementation, integrations, and platform configuration Data and AI tools to accelerate audience research, content iteration, and performance analysis Direct access to both GOEX Sales and Strong Family leadership to stay close to what's actually converting downstream What you will not have is a fully built playbook. You are expected to write it in partnership with the current teams. Core Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development & Ownership Design, build and maintain an integrated digital engagement strategy that serves both GOEX Apparel's commercial goals and Strong Family's advancement and partner growth goals Set quarterly targets by channel and funnel stage; build the plans to hit them Own the full customer/donor journey from digital first touch to hand-off to Sales or Advancement Conduct regular audits of channel performance and reallocate resources based on what's working Lead Generation — GOEX Apparel Develop and execute paid and organic strategies to generate qualified apparel leads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant platforms Build and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and email sequences in collaboration with the Creative Director Partner with GOEX Sales to define lead quality criteria and ensure smooth handoff and feedback loops Track cost-per-lead and lead-to-quote conversion; optimize relentlessly Donor & Partner Acquisition — Strong Family Build digital funnels specifically designed to recruit implementing partners (churches, nonprofits, NGOs) into the Strong Family network Develop monthly giving programs and recurring donor acquisition campaigns across email, social, and paid channels Generate and qualify major donor leads through digital engagement — content, events, targeted outreach — and pass warm prospects to the Advancement team Understand the Strong Family mission deeply enough to communicate it compellingly to different audiences: donors, implementing partners, and church leaders CRM, Data & Optimization Utilize dashboards and reporting that connect digital activity to downstream outcomes — not just traffic, but leads, conversions, and revenue Use A/B testing, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling to improve performance over time Collaborate with the Technology/IT and data teams to ensure tracking infrastructure is sound and data is actionable Maximize use of CRM and all features to support pipelines and lead conversions Content & Channel Execution Develop and manage the editorial calendar across web, email, and social in collaboration with the Creative Director who owns design and brand execution Write or direct the writing of copy that converts: ads, email subject lines, landing pages, donation asks, and partner recruitment messaging Manage paid media budgets across platforms; own spend decisions and report ROI to the Integrator Stay current on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging tools, including AI-powered marketing tools, and bring relevant innovations to the team Reporting Structure This role reports to the Integrator and works in close collaboration with the Creative Director (Marketing / Creative seat), GOEX Sales Lead, and the Strong Family Field Implementation and Advancement teams. It is a peer-level relationship with the Creative Director — both roles serve the marketing and advancement function together. Qualifications Required 3–7 years of growth focused digital marketing experience Demonstrated track record of building digital programs that produced measurable lead generation, donor acquisition, or revenue results with numbers to back it up Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Claude, Fundraise Up, and Customer IO preferable Proficiency across the digital toolkit: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email platforms (Customer IO preferred), and web analytics (GA4 or similar) Strong, AI enabled copywriting skills - you can write a subject line, an ad headline, or a donor ask that actually converts Experience managing paid media budgets with accountability for ROI Ability to build and present strategy, not just execute tasks, and to own results, not just activity Preferred Experience in a dual-audience environment (commercial + nonprofit, or B2B + B2C) Familiarity with faith-based, international development, or social enterprise contexts Experience with SEO, SAIO, marketing automation, or account-based marketing Comfort with AI-powered marketing tools (content generation, audience modeling, personalization) You Are Probably the Right Person If You have a portfolio of campaigns where you can say: "I built this, it generated X leads / Y donors / Z revenue" You find brand awareness metrics mildly interesting and conversion metrics genuinely exciting You’re a high-capacity individual who enjoys having a variety of projects going at any given time You can hold the tension between different audiences and communicate compellingly to both Core Competencies for This Role Results ownership: you measure yourself by outcomes, not outputs Creative, strategic thinking: you can build the plan, not just execute someone else's Channel fluency : you know each platform's strengths, limitations, and cost structures Data Analysis Skills: you have the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies Technical Proficiency: you understand and utilize the latest technology and tools available for marketing Mission alignment: you understand why upstream poverty solutions matter and can communicate that passion digitally Builder mentality: you are energized by creating systems from scratch, not maintaining mature ones
