We promote the ethical and just treatment of unborn children, the terminally ill, the elderly, and disabled persons by advancing the universal principles of logic, ethics, and justice that serve as an antidote to the destructive philosophies prevalent in modern culture.

We currently seek a Donor Relations Administrator to create and implement our overall Development Strategy.



  • Partner with CEO to create annual Development Plan. Determine and implement best practices for managing and growing current donor base.
  • Create and implement annual overall appeal strategy. Track progress and make ongoing improvements. Design and write appeal letters, recruit and manage staff and volunteers during monthly/annual/holiday appeals.
  • Assist CEO in scheduling donor meetings and making donor calls.
  • Manage Gift Acknowledgement Process.
  • Monitor giving year over year.
  • Oversee database
  • Plan, organize, and implement donor events, such as the annual fundraising gala and President’s receptions. This includes creating and overseeing budgets, securing venues, coordinating all team members, advertising, registration, hospitality, and integrating virtual gala.
  • Manage and continuously improve Communication and Social Media strategy, including e-blasts and all social media platforms.



2-3 years of proven experience in nonprofit or similar field.  Excellent verbal and writing skills, strong familiarity with social media, email, and web. Strong skills in Excel and Word. Familiarity with CRM databases (knowledge of Bloomerang, a plus). Must excel at being organized, efficient with time, prioritizing, and working under the leadership of others. Must have flexibility, ability to manage a variety of tasks in one day, ability to work independently, strong professional appearance and demeanor.
