Company: Lint TileJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager with a commitment to innovation and excellence to join our growing team.Candidates need to live in West Virginia.Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, flooring retailers, commercial installation companies, and contractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyaltyConduct regular visits to customer sites, providing product information and addressing any concernsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory, and conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needsActively promote Lint Tile's product offerings through presentations, demonstrations, and in-person meetingsEducate customers on product features, benefits, and installation processesPrepare regular sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales performance data and identifying areas for improvementUtilize CRM tools to optimize sales activities and track customer interactionsWork closely with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and customer needsParticipate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Lint Tile's productsNegotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals and maximize profitabilityMonitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collections
