We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team that will be responsible fordeveloping both digital and print design projects (brochures, logos, posters, infographics,advertisements, email, website, social graphics) The candidate needs to be highlycreative with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.ResponsibilitiesWork with Chief Marketing Officer and CEO to establish creative direction for our organizationAdvise best practices and optimizations throughout design projectsCreate and design various materials for digital and print following brand guidelinesWork closely with Chief Marketing Officer to determine voice, messaging and prioritization of work.Work with different stakeholders throughout the organization to understand their design needs on a variety of print and digital projects.Ensure projects are completed in a timely mannerManage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictionsProofread all designsDevelop, edit and optimize graphics, creative materials for social media and other digital platforms that is on-brandManage 3rd party vendors for material printingCreate occasional infographics and similar communications of complex concepts and dataQualifications2-5 years Graphic Design experienceAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop) and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge and understanding of digital, print and production processesKnowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and webExperience with both print and digital mediaExperience with developing graphics, illustrations, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platformsAbility to be proactive, to identify new creative ways to help support the Moms for Liberty’s missionExperience developing strategic visual content for social mediaKeen eye for detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPortfolio of work with a wide range of creative projectsStrong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through imagesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.Application DetailsPlease include at least 3-5 examples from your portfolio for our hiring team to review with your resume.
