Job Summary
Job Title: Scheduling Manager Location: Washington, D.C. (In-person, full-time) Organization: Americans for Tax Reform About Us: Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) is a national leader in advocating for low taxes, limited government, and economic freedom. We are seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Scheduling Manager to support the President of ATR. This is a hands-on, in-person role crucial to keeping the executive calendar, travel, and daily schedule running seamlessly. Position Overview: The Scheduling Manager will manage the calendar, in office meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for ATR’s President, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ATR’s mission. Candidates with 1–2 years of scheduling or clerical experience assisting a senior-level executive will thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, and meetings Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduling matters Ensure accurate follow-up and preparation for meetings and events Assist with ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks as needed Be available outside of normal business hours during executive travel Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in scheduling or administrative support for a senior executive Experience with Outlook Calendar Comfortable on the phone representing the organization Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Commitment to ATR’s mission and values Why Join ATR: Work closely with the President of a nationally recognized organization Play a critical role in keeping ATR operations efficient and effective Gain experience managing high-level executive schedules and logistics Be part of a mission-driven, energetic team advancing economic freedom Additional Details: This is a full-time, highly in-person role based in Washington, D.C.
