Position OverviewThe Regional Field Representative supports the mission of the National High School Conservatives of America by helping organize, grow, and energize student involvement within an assigned region. This volunteer role focuses on outreach, chapter development, event coordination, and building strong relationships with student leaders who share the organization’s values. It is ideal for motivated students who want hands‑on experience in leadership, communication, and grassroots engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesChapter Support amp; Development — Assist existing high school chapters, help new chapters get started, and provide guidance to student leaders.Outreach amp; Recruitment — Connect with students, teachers, and community members to expand membership and awareness across the region.Event Coordination — Help plan and support local meetings, educational events, service projects, and regional gatherings.Communication amp; Reporting — Maintain regular communication with chapter leaders and provide updates to national leadership on regional activities.Leadership amp; Representation — Serve as a positive representative of the organization’s mission, values, and goals within your assigned region.Resource Distribution — Share official materials, information, and opportunities with chapters and prospective members.QualificationsStrong interest in civic engagement, leadership, and public service.Clear communication skills and comfort speaking with peers and adults.Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.Reliable, responsible, and committed to representing the organization professionally.Willingness to travel locally for school visits or events (as appropriate and with parental permission).Time CommitmentPart‑time volunteer roleFlexible hours, typically 3–6 hours per week, depending on regional needs and school schedules.BenefitsLeadership and organizational experience valuable for college and future opportunities.Networking with student leaders and mentors across the country.Opportunities to contribute to civic education and youth engagement.Community service hours (if applicable through your school).
