This is a critical role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment — you'll keep the CEO operating at full capacity while also playing a meaningful role in donor and funder relationship management.This is a hybrid, full-time position based in the Washington, DC area.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, and eventsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerariesPrepare and reconcile expense reports, credit card statements, and reimbursementsServe as the primary scheduling and logistics point of contact between the CEO and internal/external partnersDraft, proofread, and manage correspondence, briefing materials, and presentations on behalf of the CEOTrack deadlines, action items, and priorities to ensure timely follow-up; document key decisions and next stepsSupport the CEO in managing donor and funder relationships across multiple clients and projectsMaintain accurate records in CRM or donor tracking systems, including contact information, giving history, and personal detailsTrack pledges and coordinate with the appropriate financial point of contact when gifts are securedDraft donor correspondence, acknowledgment letters, and follow-up emails on behalf of the CEOAssist with donor event coordination, including logistics and preparation of materials or talking pointsProvide occasional administrative support to other senior staff; handle confidential information with discretionQualificationsBachelor's degree required3–5 years of executive support experience, ideally within a nonprofit, philanthropic, or consulting environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM or donor database tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Experience with Canva or other design tools for marketing materialsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detailHigh ethical standards, sound judgment, and professional discretionAbility to work independently and remotely when neededGenuine commitment to Keeper's mission and clients' vision; ideological alignment a plus Compensation amp; BenefitsKeeper Strategies offers a competitive salary, health stipend, flexible and remote work options, generous vacation and paid leave, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
