Associate Attorney performs technical legal casework; prepares cases and gathers data needed for various hearings; drafts legal documents, such as motions, summons, subpoenas, and responses to discovery requests; drafts pleadings and discovery; and calendars hearings and deadlines. The position is available immediately and training is provided. Salary is DOE $62,000 - $102,000. Hybrid in person with some remote.
