HIGHLIGHTS Free Employee Healthcare Plan Coverage Paid Vacation 401K and Profit Sharing Paid Holidays Company vehicle after 90 days 15-28/hr depending on experience.&nbsp; Qualifications - The following are preferred but not necessarily required: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>A+ certification</li><li>AS degree, or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum 2 years retail store level experience&nbsp;</li><li>One (1) year IT hardware installation experience in retail environment&nbsp;</li><li>Well-developed communication and professional level interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English using all standard business methods of communicating (this position will interface directly with customers and end users)</li><li>Advanced written communication skills required to provide accurate notation, billing, and parts order information</li><li>Must have a demonstrated ability to work in adverse repair/installation environments</li><li>Must possess ability to work independently as needed and be a strong team player</li><li>Employees must be able to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Must pass criminal background, pre-employment drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record check Minimum 12 months demonstrated safe and positive work record required</li></ul>Key Responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Install IT hardware as part of deployment projects</li><li>Installation of any IT related device found within retail environment</li><li>Setup and configuration of installed hardware</li><li>Complete troubleshooting of out of box failures</li><li>Maintain accurate record of installation including, but not limited to, quantities, serial numbers and asset numbers of installed hardware</li><li>Participation in staging and integration of IT hardware</li><li>Participation in final disposition of items removed during project</li><li>Maintain constant adherence to Inventory Control practices and standards</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Complete ad hoc IT hardware installation tasks as needed</li><li>Troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and recovery of failed IT hardware in live retail and office environments as needed</li><li>Support low voltage cabling projects as needed</li><li>Support within installation or cabling projects may require extensive travel</li><li>Shifts will vary, to include overnight installation projects</li><li>May be assigned other duties as needed</li></ul> &nbsp;
