We are also a growing firm and need an experienced developer to help us continue our mission to build services that help companies and people across the globe.&nbsp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Design infrastructure for new builds</li><li>Create and maintain tests</li><li>Deploy logging and monitoring</li><li>Plan capacity and manage application performance</li><li>Take responsibility for technical delivery against needs and specifications</li><li>Develop shell scripting and components to support continuous delivery pipelines</li><li>Consider applying emerging technology solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Required Experience<ul><li>Solid understanding of relational databases, and SQL for implementing database-driven, web-based applications</li><li>Designing and coding on all tiers of mobile and web applications and services</li><li>Docker, Kubernetes</li><li>Using Python, Node, and PHP</li><li>Databases especially PostgreSQL, mySQL</li><li>supporting and building APIs</li><li>Experience with various host environments including AWS, GCP, etc.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience with data analysis, especially big data analysis</li><li>Experience writing technical specifications</li><li>Experience with ElasticSearch</li><li>Experience integrating hardware sensors</li></ul>Highly Desirable<ul><li>Enjoy working hard on complicated technical problems</li><li>Able to work individually and as part of a team</li><li>Takes initiative and able to work independently</li><li>Able to take and give feedback well</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Remote position</li><li>Salary based on experience</li><li>Flexible hours – it’s about getting the job done</li></ul>
