Position Overview:The Major Gift Officer (MGO) at Convention of States Action (COSA) will manage his/her own portfolio of major gift prospects and donors. The MGO will work closely with the SVP of External Relations&nbsp;to develop and implement strategies for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors and prospects with the capacity for a major gift of $10,000 to $1 million and above.&nbsp;The MGO will build strong long-term relationships with his/her caseload, comprised of generous donors to the organization who are committed to its mission. This is a great opportunity for a smart, hard-working person with development experience. This position is full-time.
