We're looking for a hard-working landscape maintenance crew member that possesses an honest work ethic, and an attitude of integrity and transparent accountability. The ability to adapt and learn new skills and responsibilities is essential for this job as continued growth has led to opened up opportunities for advancement. No landscape experience is necessary, however experience related to our core values is a must. • Load crew with necessary tools and supplies for the day

• Follow route and complete jobs, communicating with customers, working collaboratively with your team, which includes crew members and supervisor.

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanups, pruning (training provided), and mulching.

• Quick learning and problem-solving skills will be a plus.

• Desires to be part of something larger than themselves.

• Can learn to be skillful, efficient, and safe with complicated tasks.

• Can set a goal, take action to conquer it, and see a project through.

• Experience is helpful but not necessary. Full training will be provided with the eventual option to become Crew Supervisor within 6 months.

• Comfortable learning to drive and back up a truck and trailer combo.

• Can pass a drug test and background check, are at least 17 years old, and able to lift 70 lbs.

• Have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
