Help Wanted!Below is a list of skills we are looking for to meet the growing demands of the business. We are so excited about the growth that Jimmy and the band got out the pickers and wrote the attached song!We are listing skills instead of job opportunities because many of these could be met by individuals, businesses, remote, college students, semi, or retired part time etc. therefore, have varying compensation. Each skill description could be met in full or part it is based on individual and what they contribute to team. Please do not call the store and ask for information. Send email or FB DM if interested. 1. Social Media assistant. - Possibly for multiple businesses.--- Edit pics and video content and manage posting regularly on various platforms. Firearms and anything regarding freedom and or liberty is heavily banned so be aware individual must be forward thinking and creative. 2. Retail Store assistant for extended hours on Mon, Tues, Wed and or evenings on other days until 7p.m.--- Must have firearms experience, be willing to be trained, and a comfort level working solo with mobile support. 3. Firearms buyer.--- Research, online, auctions, estates, private collections to acquire inventory. A budget will be given and compensation will be based on success of sales. Individual must have a passion for buying and selling and a proven track record of finding items not at a premium. 4. Marketing assistant/business development. Possibly for multiple businesses.--- In correlation with #1 this individual should love creativity and out of the box thinking while meeting culturally relevant demographics. 5. Website coordinator - Possibly for multiple businesses.--- Maintain website for staying current, possibility of design work or creation of new.--- We are not looking for just a new website design. The costs of hiring to create new website are prohibitive to business success because most copy and paste into WordPress or other templates and offer little to no unique value.
