Position Summary:

The HR Intern will gain exposure and hands-on experience with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, Safety, Training, compliance, and more.

Responsibilities: 

• Gain exposure and hands-on experience with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, Safety, Training, compliance, and more.  
• Perform a department-by-department chemical inventory. Visit each production area, warehouse, maintenance shop, laboratory, and the wood flour mill. Record all chemicals present, approximate quantities, container sizes, storage locations, and whether the product is actively used.
• Employee Pictures into UKG. 
• Change mgmt assistance for ERP. 
• Help with new UKG modules  
• Interactive Training Program Assistance  
• Training Records – data recording  
• Filing/data entry  
• Shadowing HRBPs  
• Department Projects 
• Partner with the HR Assistant on daily activities.
