Job Description

• Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate scheduling updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scheduling with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all scheduling activities.
• Generate reports on scheduling performance and production efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Master/Senior Scheduler should have:

• Experience with production scheduling and materials planning in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and optimize processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain operations.
