About the Role

We’re looking for a detail oriented, customer-focused professional to support our sales and customer service team. In this role, you’ll help process orders and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from request to resolution. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, staying organized, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

· Process complex special orders to meet unique customer needs and deadlines.

· Efficiently process quotes in the order they are received, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.

· Manage and process more complex or detailed quotes, ensuring accuracy and meeting specific customer requirements.

· Assist other teams with processing quotes that are assigned to them.

· Provide guidance and assistance to ensure smooth workflow and maintain accuracy in processing quotes and orders.

· Support organizational goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the team.

· Maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers, customers, and managers.

· Comply with Western Building Products standard procedures, work and safety rules, policies, and values.

Requirements

· Working knowledge of millwork products, materials and applications.

· Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning internal systems and software.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.

· Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret information and respond to customer needs.

· Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of millwork-related experience or demonstrated working knowledge of millwork products and applications
