NewSales Assistant – New Building Presales!

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and communication skills looking for an exciting career opportunity? Oakwood Village, Madison’s award-winning retirement community and one of Wisconsin’s most respected senior living organizations, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support presales for an exciting new 92-unit independent living expansion at our University Woods campus.

Working closely with the Presales Director, you will help bring this project to life by scheduling appointments, communicating the vision for the expansion, processing apartment reservations and deposits, assisting future residents with apartment customization and design selections, and coordinating marketing events. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and relationship-building skills, and experience with databases and administrative responsibilities.
