Job Description
- Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage project budgets, costs, contracts, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Direct project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans.
- Oversee construction quality, safety, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues, changes, and conflicts proactively.
- Provide executive-level reporting, client communication, and accountability for successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of lead project management experience
- Track record of delivering projects valued at $5M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambition to grow into a leadership position
