Job Summary
D2 Government Solutions is seeking an IOTA Senior Transition Planner for the Department of Veterans Affairs warehouse initial outfitting, transition and activation (IOTA) project in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Plan the transition from existing operations to new-facility operations
- Identify occupancy milestones, constraints, dependencies
- Prepare detailed implementation plans and move plans for each impacted department, including setup and relocation execution.
- Develop and maintain transition concepts of operations
- Coordinate delivery and installation
- Update move plans
- Support move execution,
Qualifications
- Experience in transition planning AND relocation services on multiphase projects.
- Experience in conceptual advance planning and identification of occupancy milestones.
- Experience in planning, move sequencing, preparation and setup.
- Experience in preparation of detailed move plans for EACH impacted department and hands-on relocation execution.
