Graphic DesignerNic Nac Naturals
About Us
We’re Nic Nac—a fast-growing, family-owned brand based in Spokane, WA. We’re building a modern nicotine brand with bold creative, sharp messaging, and content that actually stops the scroll.
We’re not corporate. No layers, no slow approvals, no “circle back next quarter.” We move fast, test constantly, and care way more about results than résumés.
The Role
We’re looking for an in-house Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life quickly and create content that performs.
This isn’t just making things “look good.” This is about creating visuals that grab attention, drive clicks, and convert.
What You’ll Do
Design scroll-stopping static creatives for:
Paid ads (Meta, X, etc.)
Organic social content
Website + landing pages
Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style ads, UGC-style clips)
Turn rough ideas into polished, high-performing creatives
Rapidly iterate and test different concepts (we produce a lot of content)
Work closely with our team on hooks, messaging, and concepts
Design retail and apparel merchandise
What We’re Looking For
We care way more about skill and taste than a stacked résumé.
Strong eye for design (layout, typography, composition)
Ability to create modern, clean, high-impact visuals
Comfortable working quickly and handling multiple projects
Self-starter who takes ownership (you’ll be in the room, not waiting on tickets)
You might be a great fit if you:
Are early in your career but clearly talented
Spend time studying ads, social content, and what actually performs
Like bold, slightly edgy creative (not corporate-safe design)
Experience
Entry-level to mid-level welcome
Strong portfolio > years of experience
Prior work in the CPG space
Compensation
Competitive, based on experience
Opportunity to grow quickly with the company
Why This Role is Different
You’ll work in-house, side-by-side with the team
Your work will directly impact revenue (not just sit in a brand folder)
Fast feedback loop — you’ll see what works and what doesn’t quickly
Real creative input, not just execution
