We're looking for someone who brings strong accounting fundamentals but also enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership in an evolving business environment.

This isn't simply a position focused on completing month-end tasks. The right person will serve as a key resource within a growing accounting team, helping strengthen processes, provide guidance to colleagues, and support the organization's continued expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end and year-end close activities across multiple business entities.

  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.

  • Assist with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidated financial reporting.

  • Identify accounting discrepancies, investigate issues, and implement effective solutions.

  • Develop, document, and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

  • Review work prepared by other accounting team members, providing guidance and mentorship.

  • Partner with accounting leadership on reporting needs, new business initiatives, and special projects.

  • Help establish scalable accounting practices as the organization continues to grow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong professional accounting experience, ideally at the Senior Accountant level or above.

  • Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Experience working with multiple entities, subsidiaries, or business units strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot accounting issues and improve processes.

  • Experience reviewing others' work, mentoring colleagues, or functioning in a team-lead capacity.

  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where processes and priorities continue to evolve.
