We have an open position available for one very exceptional Lead Veterinary Customer

Service Representative. This role as the Lead Receptionist will require some

Administrative Assistant duties. At least 3+ years of experience working at a veterinary

hospital is required. Prior extensive experience as a veterinary receptionist is most

desired. This position has the potential for expansion to a supervisory role within the

practice for the right person.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling Appointments

• Handling client financial transactions

• Interacting with clients, vendors, & other veterinary personnel on the phone and

in person

• Obtaining medical information from clients and other veterinary facilities

• Maintaining and updating medical records appropriately

• Preparing reports to add to patient charts

• Contacting clients for patient refills for meds, etc.

• Assisting with inventory, facility management and other administrative tasks

• Demonstrate strong Computer skills and comfortable with changes in

technology

• Be able to handle cats safely if needed to assist with patient care

Pay Rate - $18.00 per hour and up (based on experience and skills)
