What You'll Do

• Schedule service appointments by phone, email, and in person.

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service representative.

• Coordinate customer handoffs with Service Advisors.

• Communicate customer needs to dealership staff.

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time.

• Review, correct, and update repair orders and warranty documentation.

• Build positive relationships with manufacturers and warranty providers.

• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 6 months of dealership service advisor experience.

• Proficiency in CDK Global is highly preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Automotive dealership or warranty experience preferred.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver's license

Total Rewards
