Education and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Master of Divinity from an accredited evangelical seminary required.
Certified Educator through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE).
Board Certification from the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) or the National Association of Veterans Affairs Chaplains (NAVAC).
Over 10 years of chaplaincy and pastoral experience.
Strong administrative skills.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated poise, Christian integrity, tact, judgment, and diplomacy.
Possess a high level of resourcefulness and be a strong team player.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information is required.
Continuously strive for improvement and innovation in all aspects.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral Degree preferred.
Proven experience in Canvas Course Development and Teaching is preferred.
