Job Summary
We're looking for someone with up to 10 years of experience as a Maintenance Person to join our team. In this role, you'll handle a wide range of repair and upkeep tasks, from carpentry and framing to plumbing and electrical work. You also may be responsible for flooring installation and repairs, keeping our rental units in top shape. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, framing, plumbing, and electrical work across the rental portfolio. Inspect and maintain flooring, walls, and structural components, addressing issues promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment. Assist with preventive maintenance tasks and HVAC upkeep to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems
Qualifications
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests efficiently, ensuring timely completion with minimal disruption Must be comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with other team members or contractors when needed Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces
