HIRING FIELD STAFFERS!Are you a conservative with a passion for politics who wants to make a real impact in Virginia and our country?Position: Field Staff (Door Team) for American Majority Action (AMA).Location: In the field; Virginia's existing 7th Congressional DistrictPay: Starting at $25 per hourReports to: Virginia Field Coordinator and Virginia Executive DirectorResponsibilities:- Canvass door to door in Virginia's 7th District- Familiarize yourself with our Voter Gravity software- Use Voter Gravity to know which doors to knock, which individuals to speak with, and to capture information from your conversations- Register people to vote at their door either on paper or online- Must complete the one-hour Virginia Department of Elections voter registration training to be able to register voters- Help low propensity voters join the permanent absentee list online at their door- Persuade swing voters to vote for conservative candidates- Push conservatives to get out and vote early and on Election Day- Must have integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness- Must be able to manage time properly and report hours- This list is not exhaustiveThis is a part-time contractor role. Contractors can work between 10 and 28 hours per week.Previous door knocking experience is preferred but not required.
