About Our Client
Our client is an established, family-owned packaging manufacturer based in the Salt Lake City area with decades of experience producing custom folding cartons and paperboard packaging. The company works with customers ranging from growing brands to large organizations across industries including food & beverage, nutraceuticals, personal care, cosmetics, healthcare, household goods, industrial, and e-commerce.
Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and maintain a strong pipeline
- Understand customer packaging needs and develop tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and opportunities within the market

The Successful Applicant
- B2B sales experience, ideally within packaging, printing, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Strong new business development and prospecting skills
- Comfortable developing relationships with manufacturers and other B2B customers
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, hunter mentality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline independently
- Existing industry relationships or contacts are a plus
