EMS Solutions is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Solder Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and have experience working with electronic components, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Solder surface mount (SMT) and through-hole electronic components.
Inspect circuit boards, solder joints, and component placement for quality.
Perform rework and repairs on electronic assemblies.
Use soldering tools, microscopes, and inspection equipment.
Follow IPC quality standards, ESD procedures, and safety guidelines.
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure high-quality results.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation.

What We're Looking For

Previous electronics assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Soldering experience with SMT and through-hole components preferred.
IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications, or ability to obtain and maintain them.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
