The Reliability Technician is required to perform reciprocating engine fuel/control/emissions analysis and reporting, and interpretation of gas compressor, turbine engine, NGL pumps and other process equipment at gas cryogenic treating and natural gas transmission & compression pipeline facilities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform quarterly vibration routes on reciprocating & centrifugal equipment, pumps, compressors, motors, fans, etc.
- Provide technical support and direction identifying machinery performance issues.
- Provide analyst data review of new equipment during start-up and troubleshooting.
- Assist root cause failure analysis on failed equipment
- Provide findings reports during predictive maintenance routes.
- Assist field maintenance and operations teams with preventative maintenance best practices and procedures.
