We are seeking a dependable & detail-oriented Safety Coordinator/Office Personnel to support our safety program & daily office operations. This position is responsible for helping maintain OSHA compliance, coordination safety-related activities, documentation, answering & directing phone calls, & providing general office support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Safety coordination, assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations & company safety policies.
- Conduct & document safety inspections, audits, & job site observations.
- Coordinate employee safety training, orientations, & certification records.
- Maintain safety logs, reports, & documentation.
- Investigate and document workplace incidents, injuries, and near-misses.
- Assist management with implementing & improving workplace safety programs.
- Monitor and update required safety records & certifications.
Office Support:
- Answer & direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with data entry & recordkeeping
- Perform general office duties as needed to support daily operations.
- Assist with invoice processing & related paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous office, safety, or coordination experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations & workplace safety practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational & time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently with attention to detail & strong problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
