At Bethesda, we're more than a healthcare clinic. We're a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to hardworking, underserved East Texas families. Every member of our team plays a part in making that mission possible.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Bethesda's leadership team while supporting the fundraising and donor relationships that help keep our mission moving forward.

We're looking for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys working with people, takes pride in getting the details right, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage donor records, process donations, and prepare donor acknowledgment letters.
  • Provide administrative support to our Chief Development Officer, CEO, and Development team.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and board activities.
  • Assist with fundraising events, special projects, and donor communications.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Help keep our department organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, dependable team player who takes initiative.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases, including our donor CRM.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A positive attitude and a heart for serving others.

Previous administrative or nonprofit experience is a plus, but we're especially interested in finding someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about making a difference.
