Gentis Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 125k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Tyler, TX area.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical or revenue cycle operations experience in a healthcare environment
• Hands-on Epic application experience or Epic certification
• Experience supporting healthcare information systems, applications, or operational workflows
• Ability to work with clinical, revenue cycle, IT, or application teams to support system needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or 4 years of related IT or operational healthcare experience

Plusses

• Epic application proficiency or additional Epic certification
• Experience testing integrated healthcare information systems
• Experience supporting application testing or QA processes
