Job Description
- Manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up commercial projects valued at $5M-$15M
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and project logistics
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout construction
- Drive project milestones to meet budget and program requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Financial, banking, healthcare, office, or retail project experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
- Open to full-time travel throughout Texas
