Job Description

* Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial projects valued at $30M+
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
* Coordinate project documentation and ensure SOP compliance
* Partner with project teams to maintain budget and schedule performance
* Build long-term client relationships while representing company standards in the field

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of construction experience, including large-scale commercial projects
* Proven tenure and career stability with previous employers
* Experience delivering projects in the $30M-$50M+ range
* Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and procedures
* Background in retail, travel centres, hospitality, multifamily, or commercial construction preferred

$125,000-$145,000 + performance bonus
