Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist experienced plumbers with residential service, repair, and installation work

• Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs safely and correctly

• Help prepare job sites, tools, and materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Provide professional, respectful service in customers’ homes

• Follow company safety standards and procedures

• Learn industry best practices through hands-on training and coaching

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements

Previous plumbing experience is a plus, but we’re especially interested in candidates who are motivated to learn and grow in the trade.
