About Our Client

They have continuously generated high levels of revenue in San Antonio, and are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. They are a reputable construction company with a steep project portfolio ranging from multifamily projects for the next 3+ years.

Job Description

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

The Successful Applicant

• Must have wood frame, garden style, multifamily experience
• Experience coordinating project tasks, schedules, and documentation.
• Experience working with project teams, contractors, vendors, or other stakeholders.
• Ability to track milestones, action items, and project updates.
• Ability to maintain accurate project files and records.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for project updates and meeting coordination.
• Ability to identify project issues and share them with the appropriate stakeholders.
