- You’re comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a business, attending networking events, and starting conversations with people you haven’t met.
- You’re persistent and understand that hearing “no” or “not right now” is part of building a successful sales pipeline.
- You’re confident talking with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
- You enjoy building relationships and earning trust over time.
- You’re competitive, self-motivated, and energized by setting and exceeding goals.
- You can manage your own territory, schedule, pipeline, and follow-up without needing constant direction.
- You believe that activities breed outcomes and are willing to consistently put in the prospecting activity required to produce results.
