Assistant SuperintendentHill & Wilkinson General Contractors

Since day one at Hill & Wilkinson, our field site management team has been the foundation of our project success. We place immense trust in our Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Field Coordinators not just to get the job done, but to build strong relationships and embody our values every single day.

Being a construction superintendent goes far beyond managing a job site. It’s about leadership, problem-solving, and watching your hard work turn into something tangible for the community. Challenges? Of course, it’s construction. But our field teams see those challenges as opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and raise the bar.

As you explore the next step in your construction career, consider asking yourself a few key questions.

• Why am I considering making a change?
• What are your goals for your construction career?
• Do you want to make a meaningful impact on your community and the people around you?
• Are you someone who’s eager to learn more about construction, but also committed to sharing knowledge and mentoring others?
• Does your current role provide opportunities to grow within the construction industry, develop new skills, and collaborate across departments and industry networking groups?
