Leaky's has been serving San Antonio and Lubbock providing top-tier HVAC services to residential and commercial customers. Now, we’re expanding into Midland/Odessa—and we need skilled, motivated Repair Plumbers to lead the way!
This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish and serve our existing customer base who already trust us for their HVAC and plumbing needs. You’ll work independently with a company-provided vehicle and power tools, delivering high-quality plumbing repairs to homes and businesses across Midland/Odessa. Help us BUILD the Midland/Odessa market!

Key Responsibilities:
- Run residential and commercial plumbing service calls
- Diagnose and repair plumbing problems
- Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, gas lines, water quality products, and water softeners
- Handle commercial plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Provide estimates and options to customers
- Complete job documentation using mobile software
- Maintain and organize your company vehicle and tools
- Keep job sites clean and safe
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- Work independently and manage your day well
- Hustle and help the team get work done
Basic Requirements:
✔️ Current Tradesman or Journeyman License in Texas
✔️ Experience in residential and commercial plumbing repairs
✔️ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔️ Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
✔️ Self-motivated & ready to help build a plumbing division in Midland/Odessa
✔️ Good customer service and communication
✔️ Able to work independently
✔️ Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
✔️ Experience in residential and commercial plumbing repairs
