Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative (Spanish/English) - 26Sun Loan Company

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with loan applications and approvals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote loan products and additional services
Process payments and maintain accurate account records
Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and account status
Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Sales, collections, banking, retail, or finance experience is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Basic computer and math skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
